He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Joseph Celsi of Bettendorf, Mary Celsi Smith (Michael) of Bettendorf and Ann Marie Celsi of Bettendorf; his grandchildren, Tiffany, Danielle, Josephine, Ty, Carmela, Travis and Kathryn; and his great grandchildren, Tana and Tripp.
Memorials may be made to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church or to the Scott County Humane Society, causes close to Joe's heart.
