He was predeceased by: his parents, Fritz Harm and Marjorie Harm (Culler); his wife Deanna J. "Dee" Cowan; his son Jeffrey Harm; his siblings, Donna Seablom (Bud) and Kenneth Harm (Phyllis); and his brother-in-law LeRoy Wright.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Rhianna, Anna and Casey; his great grandchildren, Ella and Emersyn; his sister Sandra Wright of Correctionville; and his daughter-in-law Tracey Faenza of Des Moines, Iowa.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home (644 River Dr, Bettendorf, IA 52722). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Correctionville Golf Course.
