She was predeceased by: her father Dale McConohy; and her grandparents, Thomas "Walter", Dorothy McConohy (Quackenbush), Walter and Irene Schwarz (Wulf).
She is survived by: her children, David Jansen (Hannah) of Long Grove and Elizabeth Burnham of Bettendorf; her grandchildren, Rory, Luke, Jack and Clara; her mother Patricia "Pat" McConohy (Schwarz) of DeWitt; and her siblings, Anne Casey (Lee) of Woodbury, Jayne Trimble (Mark) of Batavia, Michael McConohy (Joanne) of DeWitt and Patrick McConohy (Amy) of Davenport.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the University of Iowa Health Care Stead Family Children's Hospital.
