She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold B. Olson and Dorothy E. Olson (Willey); her husband Homer E. Nelson; her son Larry Heidt; and her siblings, Patricia Layton, Lillian Williamson, Mary Olson, Harold Olson and James Olson.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Fuhr (Jeff) of Illinois City, Ann Taylor (Scott) of Bettendorf, Lydia Iverson (Chuck) of Sherrard, Illinois, Dan Heidt (Cheryl) of Oak Harbor, Mark Heidt of Davenport and Robert Nelson (Jill) of Davenport. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
