She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Hildebrand and Ruth Hildebrand (Denger); her husbands, Russell Ellis and Mort; her brothers, Duane and Gerald Hildebrand; and her stepdaughters, Mary Schneckloth and Lola Baldwin.
She is survived by: her son Michael Ellis of Texas; her sister Shirley Schwerdtfeger of Bettendorf; and her stepchildren, Wade Williams (Nadine), Jane Mason (Daniel) and Russell Ellis Jr.. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
