He is survived by: his parents, Richard Fowler and Julane Fowler (Hesh) of Macomb; his wife Liesl Fowler; his son Ian Fowler (Claire); his grandson Liam of Mukwonago; his children, Jackson Fowler of Grimes and Karin Fowler of Bettendorf; his brother Matt Fowler; and his nephew Rich Fowler of Adair, Illinois. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, colleagues and friends.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Outing Club (2109 N Brady St, Davenport, IA 52803). Visitation was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
