He is survived by: his parents, Robert III and Jodi Brown III (Albert); his siblings, Jeff Brown of Davenport, Ashley Brown of Bettendorf and Cody Brown of Bettendorf; his grandparents, Robert, Pam Brown II of Davenport, Eileen and Tom Yeggy of Davenport; his aunts and uncles, Lisa Carstens (Todd) of Davenport, Vickie Aguilar (Scott) of Bettendorf, Jennifer Albert of Davenport, Priscilla Skare of Boca Raton, Florida, Rick Albert (Jane) of Bettendorf and Brian Shields (Paula) of Atalissa, Iowa; and his great-uncles and great-aunts, Becky Wierenga (Jeff) of Port Byron, Brenda Barnhart (Mike) of West Liberty, Pat Hammill of Camas, Washington, Bill Brown (Moria) of Cedar Falls and Toby Brown (Nancy) of Davenport.
Matt's final act of kindness was to give the gift of life through organ donation.
