He is survived by: his father John "Jack" Arth; his wife Lori Petersen; his daughters, Theresa Arth and Lydia Arth; his grandson Emilio; his siblings, Robert Arth (Terese) and Stacey Flynn (Michael); and his brothers-in-law, Gary Petersen and Craig Petersen.
