He is survived by : his parents, James Felton (Rhonda) of Missouri and Barbara Cutkomp of Davenport; his sons, Matthew Seibel of Davenport and Brandon Beaver (Brittney) of Ames, Iowa; and his siblings, Harold Cutkomp Jr. of Horizon City, Brandon Cutkomp (Dawn) of Palm Coast, Jennifer Foley (Samuel) of Davenport, Christopher Cutkomp (Krystal) of Horizon City, Desiree Cutkomp of Davenport, Glen Eaton III of Davenport, Melody Felton of Davenport and James Felton of Missouri.

“I worked with Mike for about 10 years at Arconic. Was a very great co-worker. He made me laugh. Very blessed man indeed. I'm sorry for the loss.
