Rowland; her son Milo; her siblings, Patrick Steil (Julie) of Denver, CO, Marty Steil (Schantel) of Dubuque, IA, Amy Steil (Tim Connors) of Omaha, NE and Libby Theisen of St. Augustine, FL; her aunt Mary Jo Lange (Jerry) of East Dubuque, IL; and her mother-in-law Pamela Chambers (Donald). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Joan of Arc Parish-Vianney Campus (4097 18th St, Bettendorf, IA 52722). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
