We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Nancy Lee Laing of Bettendorf, Iowa, born in Kansas City, Missouri. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sister Carol "Keb" Conner. She is survived by: her husband Jack; her children, Brenda Schultz and Rick; her grandchildren, Kristin, Darryl Mason, Cassandra Sendt, Andy Salwolke, Courtney Sendt, Andrew Lange, McKenna Laing, Mason Gray, Max Laing and Morgan Laing; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Kix and Callan; her brother Tom; and her brother-in-law Ernie Conner.
A reception was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home (644 River Dr, Bettendorf, IA 52722).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bettendorf High School Math & Science Department in care of her son, Rick Laing (please make checks out to Rick Laing.) Born on January 8, 1945 in Kansas City, Missouri, she was the beloved daughter of Richard and Dorothy (Hawkey) Rowe.
