Patricia left this world on November 9, 2025 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Putnam and Leona Putnam (Schaecher); her husband John "Jack" Hartkop of Mary's Church; and her sister Joyce Socha (Stan). She is survived by: her children, Patricia Dunsworth (Mike) of Kansas City, MO, Susan Haupert (Bill) of St. Charles, MO, Mary Valentine (Dick) of Naperville, IL, Michael Hartkop (Jill) of O'Fallon, Theresa Jackson (Kevin) of San Antonio, TX and Stephen Hartkop (Ann) of Clive, IA; and her brothers, Paul Putnam (Nan) of Coal Valley, IL and Jim Putnam (Jeannine) of Colona, IL.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church for Masses or to the American Kidney Fund.
