It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Randolph of Bettendorf, Iowa, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 3, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Straw and Bertha Cone Straw; her daughter Diane Fite; and her siblings, Francis Keister, Joy Stout, Jeanne Myers and Jack Straw.
She is survived by: her children, David Taylor (Marti), James Taylor (Carol) and Allyson Holub (Reed). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in care of Heritage Church, Rock Island.
