Randy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his father Robert Spade; his sister Angela Spade; his uncle Curtis Johnson; his nephew Shaun Osborn; and his great-niece Armiyah.
He is survived by: his mother Kathleen E. Johnson; his stepfather Clark A. Osborn of LeClaire; his siblings, Charlene Spade (Ruben), Amelia Kundert (Jon), Wynn Lilly (Michelle), Mat Spade and Samuel Osborn; his siblings' children, Taylor St (John), Aquala McCallister, Alana Kundert, Robert Spade, Antjuan McCallister, Travis Lilly, Jacob Scharlau and Joshua Kundert; his great-nephew Kai St. Claire; and his pets, Snoop, Mother Cat, Lulu and Maxine. He is also survived by three great-nieces and four great-nephews.
