He is survived by: his wife Marcie Perisho of Waukee, IA; his brother Mark Perisho (Sarah) of Muscatine, IA; and his children, AJ Perisho (Theresa) of Springfield, IL, Claudia Lorentzen (Andrew) of Des Moines, IA, Adam Kwart (Marisa) of Rancho Cucamonga, CA and Morgan Love (Geoff) of Waukee, IA. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
