He was predeceased by : his parents, Martin Joseph and Esther Lorraine Ray (Rowe). He is survived by : his brother Robert; his wife, Judy L. DeLarm (Ray) of Bettendorf; and his children, Tracey L. Walters of South Bend, Tania M. Gustafson (Richard) of Bettendorf, Tarryl M. Ray (Sharon) of Corpus Christi and Richard J. Ray (Kimberly) of Bay City, Michigan. He is also survived by three children from his first marriage, Georgina S. Ray Baker of Texas, John Ray, Vernon Ray; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
