He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Haxby (Wilkerson); his children, Viktoria "Tori" Witt (Kenny), Michael Haxby (Nikki Morrissey) and Ryan Mau; his grandchildren, Allison Peach (William), Makis Witt, Kaleb Haxby (Athena), Devin Haxby and Brooklyn Mau; his great grandchildren, Kingsley, Ellie, Lydia and Nevaeh; and his siblings-in-law, Sandy Winborn (Ed), Debbie Friel (Rick) and Peggy Williams.
