She is survived by: her parent Kyle Eklund; her brother Chase of LeClaire; her grandparents, David Baker (Jennifer) of Keller, Les Finkboner of Rochelle, Illinois, Ron Eklund (Patti) of Plattsmouth, Neb and Sandra Eklund of LeClaire; and her aunts and uncles, Lisa Peipert (Justin) of Keller, Krista Dellavalle (Michael) of Lewisville, Jennifer Bates (Phil) of Arkansas, Tina Mueller of Whitewater, Wisconsin, Jody Eklund (Lisa) of Aurora, Robert Eklund (Trisha) of Omaha, Neb and Dan Finkboner (Andrea) of Chana.

Memorials may be directed to Kennedi's Kisses, an organization dedicated to supporting and assisting families who have lost a child.
