He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollin Rinehart and Marguerite Rinehart (Nowak); and his siblings, Shirley Allen, Jeanette Rinehart, Robert, Jack and Don Rinehart.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn J. Willey; his daughter Jennifer (Nathan Lenane) of McCausland, Iowa; his grandsons, Colton and Gavin Genz; and his sister Mary Ellen Dallman of Florida.
