Steve Trumbo Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Steve Trumbo of Bettendorf, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 29, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Steve departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Steve may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Steve leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude "Bill" Trumbo and Jackie Trumbo (Crosby); and his brother Scott. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his sons, Matthew Trumbo (Melissa) and Kelly Trumbo; his grandchildren, Taylor (Haley) and Kayden; his great grandchild Brody; and his sister Sandy Thigpen (Jim).
Memorials may be made in Steve's honor to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, King's Harvest Pet Rescue, or the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
