He is survived by: his wife Meghan Leamy; his children, Eva, Lylah, Madison and Duncan Fugate; his siblings, Jesse Fugate (Alondra Marquez), Dylan Fugate (Sarah), Rylee Bingman (Cody), Chase Luebbe (Makenzie), Cody Luebbe (Elizabeth Payne), Cooper Bellinger and Cya Bellinger; and his pet Dani.
