He is survived by: his wife Louanne Seibel; his children, Penny Wheeler (Curtis), William II Seibel (Michelle Benitez), Brenda Mills (Wayne), Tony Azure, Lori Baade (Eric), Carla Ochoa (Herman) and Taynia McSparin; and his siblings, Terry Seibel and Marcia Hullinger. He is also survived by grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
