He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fisher and Hazel Fisher (Gilbert); his son James "Jamie" Fisher; his grandson Zachary Francis; his son-in-law Daniel Ion; and his siblings, Hazel Dykes, Dorothy Lister, Jack Fisher, Calvin Fisher and Richard Fisher.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Kipper; his daughter Melissa Ion of Princeton, Iowa; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Biegert (Patrick), Matthew Fisher (Morgan LaMar), Amanda Ralfs (Zach) and Madison Trude (Bailey).
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Jack's Cemetery.
