He was predeceased by: his parents, William I. Moon Jr. and Carolyn Moon (Cusac). He is survived by: his wife Renee Breckenridge Moon; his children, Billy Moon (Kaitlyn) of Bettendorf, IA, Benjamin Moon (Elizabeth) of Bettendorf, IA, Miriam Lemke (Jeremy) of Davenport, IA and Sarah Redlinger (Adam) of Sioux Falls, SD; his granddaughters, Bella Lemke and Cora Daine; his sisters, Delia Moon Meier (David) and Carolyn Moon (Richard Seehuus); and his nieces, Nell Meier, Lee Meier, Lana Meier (Nick Timm), Alexandra Seehuus and Abby Seehuus.
