She is survived by: her husband Terry Meade of Birmingham, IA; her children, Chad McCarty (Emily) of Waukee, IA and Tiffany Cummings (Tavis) of Fairfield, IA; her stepdaughter Nicole Bright (Dale) of Janesville, IA; her grandchildren, Jaxon, Easton, Asaa, Brentley, Caiden, Lorena and Samantha; her siblings, Tim Dille (Jennifer), Mike Dille (Laura) and Vicky Hyde (Dave); and her sister-in-law Nadine Bruegge.
