He is survived by: his children, Emily Elm, Case Elm, Peyton Elm and Braxton Elm; his stepchildren, Riley Forrester, Makenzie Belez, Kean Campbell and Kale Campbell; the mothers of children, Leigh Elm, Amy Stone and Rhonda Toney; and his siblings, Shawn Harms, Lisa Elm Stochi, Paula Elm and Julie Elm Clair. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
