He is survived by: his sons, Preston Scott and Dominic William; his mother Wanda Thompson; his siblings, Karrie, Richard (Deb) and Mary; his siblings' children, Dennis, Blaine, Heather, Hannah and Jenna; his great-nieces, Evelynn and Zelda; and his great-nephew Halo.
