He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Taylor and Freda Taylor (Lyst); his sister Janet; and his brother-in-law David Herkelman. He is survived by: his wife Leota; his children, Rod and Liz Sherman (Dan) of St. Peters, MO; his siblings, Joie Taylor of Stuart, IA, Robert Taylor (Cindy) of Stuart, IA and Richard Taylor (Marj) of Blockow, IA; and his grandson Cole Sherman of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
