He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Hoover and Eva Mae Hoover; and his siblings, Darlene Jacobs, Donna Dively and Johnny Hoover.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hoover; his children, Sherry, Alicia Knox (Don), Jason and Brad; his grandchildren, Jessica, Veronica, Dwayne, Apryl and Amber DeJong (Brady); and his brother Ronnie Hoover (Chrissy). He is also survived by his three great-grandchildren.
