He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles Lowell, Jean Barker of James and Gladys Wilster; his cousins, James Hulme, Josh Barker and Greyson Bankson; his aunts and uncles, Patricia Vanderhoof, Connie Hulme, Brenda, Ernie King and Craig Barker; and his close friend Jerry Hougland (Aaron Scott).
He is survived by: his parents, Clark William and Deborah Lynn Wilster Barker of Eddyville, Iowa; his children, Codi Neal of Ottumwa, Destiny Barker (Aaron Oleary) of Ottumwa, Mercedes Barker of Ottumwa, Blake Barker of Ottumwa, Montana Thorson (Zach) of Norwalk and Madilynn Barker of Lancaster, Missouri; his sister Amber Ramos (Andy); his niece Michaela; and his nephews, Andrew and Isaac.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wagler Funeral Home (304 W Jefferson St, Bloomfield, IA 52537). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
