She is survived by: her husband Rodger Simmons; her daughters, Jennifer Wilson (Scott) of Marengo and Jill Nelson (Jim) of Bloomfield, Iowa; her grandchildren, Tyler, Laura, Kassie, Paige, Dylan and Madeline; her great grandchildren, London, Beckham, Theo, Alex, Warren and Wolfgang; and her sister Dianne Burke of Maine.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Christ Community Church or Good Samaritan Society Hospice.
