She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest Smith and Gail Conner Smith; her husband Hubert Lowell Bodkins; her siblings, Donald "Doc" Smith, Darrell Smith, Deloris Joan Smith, Dorothy Wallace, Deana Snelling, Pauline Burdett and Donna Harsch; and her great grandchild Brystol Runnells.
She is survived by: her children, Dan Bodkins (Becky) of Bloomfield, Patricia Boas (Ray) of Bloomfield and Alan Bodkins (Kyndal) of Bloomfield; her grandchildren, Jennifer Runnells (Fritz) of Wapello, Crystal Fisher (Brad) of Blakesburg, Jean Burchett (Nate) of Bloomfield, Melony Thompson (Rod) of Bloomfield, David Boas (Heather) of Bloomfield, April Kerby (Eric) of Bloomfield, Brooke Guthrie (Alex) of Blakesburg and Blair Gerlach (Nathan) of Springbrook, Iowa; and her brother Dwayne Smith of Bloomfield. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
