He is survived by: his wife Cathy Arnold; his daughters, Kristin Stevens of Ottumwa and Samantha Langstraat (Lance) of Bloomfield; his grandchildren, AJ, Martin, Steven, Chris, Cordy, Catherine and Juan Ontiveros; his great grandchild Benjamin Ontiveros; his grandchildren, Avery, Brylee, Teagan Veatch and McKenzie Marsh; and his siblings, Georgia Stevens of Bloomfield, Rodney Stevens of Bloomfield and Jerry Stevens.
