She was predeceased by: her father Robert "Bob" Chickering; and her sister Cindy Bride. She is survived by: her mother Carol Duncan (Dave); her husband Chris "Clyde" Campbell; her siblings, Bobbie Heckethorn (Kevin) and Mike Chickering; her sons, Shane (Kylee) and Travis (Sammie); and her grandchildren, Macie, Patrick, Dane, Cameron, Connor, Genevieve and Elizabeth.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to Good Samaritan Society Hospice in Ottumwa.
