He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Bollman and Naomi "Kay" Saner Bollman; his wife Cheryl Jolene Bollman; and his daughter Diana Sue Brown. He is survived by: his former wife Sharon Hensen; his children, Lori Utt (Jim) of Bloomfield, David Bollman of Minatare, Lisa Findley (Kevin) of Urbandale, Russell Bollman (Ching Yin) of Flemington, Steve Miller (Penny) of Nevada, Iowa, Don Miller (Ramona) of Boone and Ava Garcia of Kirksville, Missouri; and his sister Shirley Porter of Milton, Iowa.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to Care Initiatives Hospice in Albia.
