He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Preston and Martha Rhoades; and his former wife Opal Arlene "Dolly" Rhoades. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Uitermarkt; his children, Connie Gillen (Robert), Terry Rhoades (Carol) and Garry Rhoades (Shirley); his stepchildren, Dean, Pam, Daryl, Mike, Mark and Matt; and his sisters, Florence Clinkingbeard and Nola Lance.
In lieu of flowers memorials in Kenneth's name may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church.
