He is survived by: his wife Sheri Ralfs; his sons, Cole Flack of Muscatine, IA and Tony Flack of Blue Grass, IA; his siblings, Christine Williams (Larry) of Clovis, CA, Deb Pederson (Tom) of West Branch, IA, Joan Whittley (Art) of Powell Butte, OR, Diane Ketelsen (Mike), Pat Flack (Teresa) of Savage, MN and John Flack (Jackie) of Moline, IL; his sister-in-law Teresa Flack of Durant; and his parents-in-law, Richard and Mary Ralfs of Davenport, IA. He is also survived by eighteen nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the family, which will be used to plant trees in his memory.
