She is survived by: her husband Gary Cole; her children, Rick Downing of Spring Hill, FL, Mike Downing (Laura) of Norwalk, IL, Tracy Chalupa (Mark) of Pleasant Prairie, IA, Bob Downing, Dave Downing (Beth) and Vickie Proctor of Wilton, IA; her sister Penny Alpen; her nieces, Kimberly Brown (Dave) of Granite City, IL and Amanda Baker (Dave Ratliff) of Buffalo, IA; her nephew Shane Conner (Missy) of Grand Mound, IA; and her close friends, Nancy Ripperger of Blue Grass and Donna Hicks of Blue Grass. She is also survived by 54 grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
