Betty Vickers Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Vickers of Bonaparte, Iowa, who passed away on January 6, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Green and Alena Bartholomew Green; her husband Bill Vickers; her siblings, Joe Green and Vivian Green; her son-in-law Mike Shriver; and her great grandchild Lindsay Grace Shriver.
She is survived by: her stepfather Glenn Gares; her children, Betty, Bethany Pratt (Gene) of Bonaparte, IA, Tamera Shriver of Bonaparte, IA and Troy Vickers (Liz) of Blue Eye, MO; and her pet Alice. She is also survived by her family and the many friends.
Memorial contributions in Betty's honor may be directed to the Bonaparte Cemetery Association, Bonaparte EMS, or to T.N.R (Trap, Neuter, Release) program that was important to Betty.
