He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Beebe and Juanita Beebe (Marquiss); his son Chad; and his siblings, Danny Beebe, Judy Arbuckle and Janet Holborow.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Humphrey; his children, David, Shane, Jackie (Rick) and Carrie (Corey); his grandchildren, Josh, Dalton, Dallas, Ryan, Owen, Kayla, Kelsey and Caitlyn; and his brothers, Gene and Mike.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
