She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Edward, Margaret, Earl and Lettie; her parents-in-law, Vern and Patricia; and her sister Susan.

She is survived by : her parents, Jack Larson and Donna Larson; her husband Robert Dvorak; her brother John (Kristina); her children, Christapher (Sarah), William (Tiffany), Adam (Danika) and Lori; and her grandchildren, Kenzie, Vincent, Theodore, Alexander, Nora, Eliza, Arlo and Everlee. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the family for a memorial at the Iowa State Fair.
