He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Shaver and Carroll Harned. He is survived by: his wife Janella Harned; his children, Nathan Harned, Charlie Harned (Casey) and Brandi Tomlinson (Michael); his grandchildren, Paisley, Brooklyn, Blake, Lexi, Bryant and Maverick; and his sisters, Pamela Bohn (Alan) and Julie Klein (Doug).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the The Station (100 Main St NE, Bondurant, IA 50035).
In lieu of flowers, the family hopes to create a lasting memorial in Kevin's honor: a special bench where they can gather, sit, share memories, and feel close to him.
