It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Byron C. Plummer of Boone, Iowa, who passed away on August 29, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Byron may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Byron touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Plummer and Arlene Plummer (Beals); and his brother Tom Plummer. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Plummer; his daughter Jennifer Reynolds (David Henry); his granddaughters, Taytem Reynolds, Kaydence Reynolds and Haylee Reynolds (Nick Neer); his great grandchildren, Vienna and Maxon Neer; his sister Lynann Plummer; and his sister-in-law Teresa Boyd.
