It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Corey Davis of Boone, Iowa, who passed away on October 8, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

For Corey is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fern Goodsell and Richard "Dick" Edward Witwer. He is survived by: his siblings, Joel J. Witwer of Texas, Michael S. Davis (Witwer) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Melissa L. Hoffman (Davis) of Fishers, IN. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
