Dale Ray Crouse Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dale Ray Crouse (Boone, Iowa), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 29, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Crouse and Dorothy Crouse (Wood); his siblings, Larry and Joy Farley (Marv); his in-laws, Clarence and Freda Forster; and his brothers-in-law, Rodney and Glen Forster.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Forster; his sister-in-law Carol Ann Forster; his nephews, Jeff Forster (Mary Beth Scott) of Boone, Micheal Forster of Boone, Steve Forster of Seattle, WA and Jim Farley (Sherry) of Bradenton, FL; his niece Brenda Hakanson (Bo) of Grundy Center; and his great-nephews, Gunnar Forster (Grace) of Ankeny and Jaden Hakanson of Grundy Center.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (712 12th St, Boone, IA 50036). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Trinity Lutheran Church, 712 12th Street, Boone or Trinity Lutheran School.
