She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Mosher and Edith Mosher (Robertson); her husband Bud Platter; her daughter Patricia Wilson; and her great grandchild Kennedy Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Reindl (Raymond) of Boone and Steve Platter (Laurie) of Boone; and her grandchildren, Lisa Aspengren Kammerer (William), Anthony Aspengren, Matthew Wilson (Cindy), Staci Prokop (Mark), Robert Platter (Brandy Meyer) and Stephanie Logue (John). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schroeder-Reimers Memorial Chapel (1006 6th St, Boone, IA 50036). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (703 Arden St, Boone, IA 50036).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family for their discretion.
