She is survived by: her sons, David Clark of Boone, Kendall (Nancy Bennett), Scott Clark (Barb) of Boone and Jon Clark (Patty) of Story City; her grandchildren, Chris Clark, Mary Lonergan (Jason), Mindy Kelley (Steve), Matthew Clark, Douglas Clark, Dan Clark, Tony Clark, Kyle Clark (La'Kesa), Alex Clark (Jewel) and Samantha Clark (Jaquese Sheets); her great grandchildren, Josie, Karsyn, Madee, Cami, Jaslyn (Cody), Tanner, Gracie, Colson, Miles, Milan and Avani; and her great great grandchildren, Cameron and Kendra.
