He is survived by: his wife Betty Fromm; his children, Jerry Crise Jr. (Pam) of Chicago, IL, Cinda Eckard (Rob) of Boone, Linda Dostal (Dave) of Cambridge, WI, MaryLou Carlson (Larry) of Boone, Brian Crise of Ames and Justin Crise of Boone; his grandchildren, Jennifer (Brian), Melissa (Robert), Nikki, Tony (Kristen), Jamie (Amy), Chris (Aja), Bart, Cerri, Chad, Adam (Emily) and Derek (Sami); and his great great grandchild Oliver. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
