He was predeceased by : his parents, James Cunningham and Marcella Cunningham (Pratt); and his siblings, Jimmy Cunningham and Joyce Anderson. He is survived by : his wife Evelyn Stevens; his children, Veronica, Loretta, Troy, Jerry Jr. and James; his siblings, Joan and John; and his pet Mister. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
