It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Fitzsimmons of Boone, Iowa, who passed away on November 15, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, John shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid John farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Fitzsimmons and Rosemary Fitzsimmons (Segebart); and his sister Mary. He is survived by: his wife Linnea; his children, Amber and Sean Fitzsimmons (Taylor); and his sisters, Sandi and Patti.
